Rhubarb Coffee Cake

1 ½ c brown sugar
½ c oleo
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 egg
1 c sour cream
1 ½ c rhubarb

Topping:
½ c sugar
½ c nuts
1 T oleo
1 t cinnamon

Combine sugar + oleo. Add egg. Sift flour, soda + salt. Alternate sour cream + dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Add in rhubarb. Place 9×13 greased + floured pan. Bake 350° 45-50 min.

I use 2c. Rhubarb
I don’t sift.
