Peach Soufflé Salad

1 package lime-flavored gelatin
1 cup hot water
½ cup cold water
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ cup Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise (or Best Foods)
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup diced celery
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 ?? 2 ½ can cling peach slices

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt. Blend well with rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in celery, pickle relish and 1 ½ cups diced cling peaches. Pour into 1-quart mold or individual molds. over

Chill until firm in refrigerator (not ??? ???), 30 to 60 minutes. Unmold and garnish with salad greens, remaining peaches and additional mayonnaise if desired. Serves 6.
