Mrs. Coolidge’s Fruit Salad Dressing

(Mrs. Sebo)
1 T Butter
2 T Sugar
6 T Pineapple juice

Heat in a double boiler. Add 2 well-beaten eggs. Cook until it coats the spoon.
Chill.
Before serving, add equal parts of whipped cream.
