Lemon Jelly

1 envelope Knox Sparkling Gelatine
½ cup cold water
1 cup hot water
⅛ teaspoonful salt
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup lemon juice

Pour cold water in bowl and sprinkle gelatine on top of water. Add sugar, salt and hot water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, mix thoroughly and pour into mold that has been rinsed in cold water and chill.
When firm unmold.
