Grated rind + juice _ 1 orange

2 eggs beaten
1 c. sugar
Mix all ingredients over hot water until thickened. Stir occasionally. Chill. This may be kept indefinitely.
Beat 1 c. whipping cream, add orange mixture 1 T at a time, until 3 T are used. Beat well Serve with fruit salad
