Cinnamon Flop

3 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup shortening (scant)

Crumb ingredients together. Remove ¾ cup of crumbs and set aside.
Add 1 cup brown sugar to remaining crumbs.

Add following ingredients;
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup sour milk with
2 level tsp baking soda. After beaten smooth, put in pan.

Add ¾ cup crumbs on tsp of mixture. Also sprinkle cinnamon over top.

Bake in 325°F from 25 to 30 minutes.
